Date & Time:
With the end of summer drawing near, folks from Ant Hill, Green Phoenix, Flying Squirrel, Couchsurfing and all the people that help build community in our city thought it'd be great to celebrate with good food, good music, and good times! I should have thought to cross-post this to Burning Rochester earlier, but if you haven't already plans, join us 6:30p tonight!

For those who have yet to visit, the Vineyard is a beautiful urban farm set in Center City Northeast just blocks from the Public Market. Everything is organically grown and the goal is not only a source for affordable, local produce but also a resource for learning to grow for ourselves, to preserve foods, to maintain tools and equipment, and in all, a place for building community. Home once for a few years to Greater Rochester Urban Bounty, a program to teach children organic farming, it's a great gathering spot for us all.

For those interested, we're seeking to form and buy a cooperative house in Rochester. We welcome artists and creative people, doers and handy people, knowers and educational people, and all willing to commit at least a year to build this intentional community.

For everyone, let's enjoy good food, good conversation, good music, and good people!

Bring a dish to pass, an instrument you fancy, and be ready for fun! And don't forget to tell your friends!

The Vineyard has some parking, but not lots, so please carpool. For the event www.couchsurfing.org/meetings.html Couchsurfing lists a rideshare board. Please post if you'd like to bike caravan.
